So, this is where I had been.
People at work ask me, "Where had you been?"
I answer "Italy, near Rome."
People: "Where did you go? What did you see?"
Me: "Um, olive trees, vineyards, hills, dogs, and small villages. And I knitted and painted."
People: "..... that must have been spectacular..."
Yes, it was spectacular. It's just my words cannot do justice.
Above is a view towards the Adriatic Sea, taken from my favorite spot upon a hill.
And the town of Morro D'Oro is on the background of below photo (taken at a pool side where I stayed). I was swimming there, too.

会社で色々聞かれます。「どこに行ってたの?」
私は答えます。「イタリアです。ローマの近く。」
同僚「どこまわったの?何を見たの?」
私「えーと、オリーブの木とぶどう畑と、小さい村と、犬と、丘と。。。編み物して絵を描いてました。あ、半日だけローマ。」
同僚「。。。。それは。。。良さそうだね。。。」
はい、すごく良かったです。でも言葉では説明できません。
上の写真は、毎日散歩している間に見つけたお気に入りのスポットから撮った、アドリア海を臨む景色です。Morro D'Oroの村は、下の写真のプールサイドにあるハンモックの向こうに見えます。あと、一番下の写真がそうです。
Going up this hill, there is a medieval monastery. The grapes are for wine making, and they were ripe.
These guys came with me for a walk - we had some fun together.
