My back hurts

１週間前から突然腰が痛くなって、それが徐々に悪くなっている気がするのです。整形外科でレントゲンを撮ってもらいましたが、骨や椎間板は何ともないとのこと。なんだろう。
しかも、腰骨が痛いのですが、それ以外にも背中や肋骨も痛いし、今朝は咳をすると胸が痛いです。寝ている間に痛くなるって言うのは、なんなんでしょう。。。持病の薬のせいかな、とも思い始めましたが、一応薬の副作用リストに腰痛は入っていません。。。
My back started to hurt so much about a week ago. The pain increased during the night, and when I tried to wake up, I could not move. This morning again. I went to see a specialist doctor, but he told me there is nothing wrong physically (bones, etc). It's not just my waist bone, but the entire back and a bit of ribs. What's this?
I started to think this might be a side effect of the medications I take... *sigh.
