Peace Hiroshima Event

Yesterday, August 6, was a memorial for the nuclear bombing in Hiroshima during the WWII.  A friend of my friend organizes an event every year so I went to the Salvation Army Church in Tokyo last night.

Let's put aside that our country was bombed and the US dropped the nuclear bomb twice.
Whoever did this, it wasn't right.  Whoever was the victim, it doesn't matter.  Now Japan is suffering from radiation for the 2nd time, we understand, from the bottom of our heart, how scary and dangerous the act was.
How wrong it was.
A thousand fire bombs should have been dropped in place of one nuclear bomb.

The musicians were all very good, so I enjoyed the evening very much.  But the talk by the victim lady had beat everything else.
